I build the application and the AI inside it as one system: the RAG pipeline, the agents and the voice layer, alongside the schema, the billing and the deploy. Most of my work is for founders and small teams in Europe and the US who need one engineer who can own a product from an idea to something their customers pay for. I care about the parts that only show up in production: the retry that is idempotent, the guardrail that refuses instead of guessing, and the monitor that tells you before your users do.

Build production AI SaaS end to end for one of Sweden's leading SEO consultancies and its clients. Built the agentic content and SEO platform where blog generation, cross-platform review replies and AI rank tracking each run as a tool an agent can call, on Express, MySQL and Cloud Tasks. Led Responsly, an autonomous Google reviews responder, with two junior developers reporting to me: per-location Stripe billing, multi-account Google OAuth, and a rule that every degraded AI path refuses rather than publishes. Shipped Skimming, a multi-tenant RAG workspace over video and documents using LanceDB and four models behind LiteLLM, and a cold-email engine running thirty mailboxes at their real ceiling with an AI reply classifier behind it.

Built Soor Exchange, a Shariah-compliant crypto trading app, from the trading-API and payment-gateway integration through to both store listings, cutting cold-start load time 35 percent with 99.9 percent uptime since launch. Built Nvizy, a decentralised healthcare app where an AI intake chat gathers the patient's history and hands the doctor a one-page summary, with records secured on chain.
